WHAT IS SUPRASTERNAL SILICONE IMPLANT SURGERY?
It is one of the minimally invasive solutions for the treatment of Pectus Excavatum and Poland's Syndrome.
Description of the procedure
In patients whose Pectus Excavatum is mainly an aesthetic problem, a custom-made suprasternal prosthesis can be fitted using 3D technology. The surgery is less invasive and less painful, and patients recover more quickly with excellent aesthetic results.
The tailor-made implants for Pectus Excavatum and Poland's Syndrome External LCA are designed with the most advanced 3D technology, perfectly fitting the patient's anatomy.
The duration of surgery with the suprasternal silicone prosthesis is usually 60 minutes. Patients are discharged after 1 day.
