Our team of surgeons, namely the Dr. Javier Gallego and Dr. Diego González Rivas are international references and pioneers in Portugal and Spain of different techniques of cardiothoracic surgery and minimally invasive cardiac surgery, such as Minimally invasive mitral valve surgery by video-thoracoscopy, Surgery of cardiac tumors in the minimally-invasive approach by video-thoracoscopy, in video-assisted bilateral upper thoracic sympathectomy for the treatment of primary hyperhidrosis with the application of titanium clips, in the runiportal anatomical sections by VATS, uniportal robotic surgery for lung and heart cancer; allowing treatment with a lower degree of invasion and a faster and more comfortable recovery.
